Price Chopper has started a community rewards program called "Xtra Helpings". Any Not-for-Profit organization that has a valid 501C3 tax ID number (that's us) and signs up 25 active Price Chopper shoppers may participate in the program.

Price Chopper will donate 1% of your total qualified purchases during the period of September 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003, to the organization of your choice (again that's us). You must present your Price Chopper Shopper Card every time you shop.

3 Ways To Register:

1. Visit www.mypricechopper.com and register on-line (Select the "Xtra Helpings" link under the "Community Programs" menu selection on the left); OR
   
   
2. Print the PDF version of the Registration Form. Fill it out and present it, along with your Price Chopper Shopper Card to a checker at any participating Price Chopper location; OR
   
   
3. Print the PDF version of the Registration Form. Fill it out and return the form to the Ferret Hotline. We will submit it to Price Chopper.

If you don't have a Chopper Shopper card print this form and take it to the Customer Service area of any participating Price Chopper. They can sign you up for everything at once.

Just a note: To register on-line you will need to enter the number on the back of your Chopper Shopper card. Several people have noticed that they do not have a number on the back of their Chopper Shopper card, so they could not register on-line. Just print the form and take it with you to Price Chopper. The cashier or someone at Customer Service can scan the bar code on the back of your Chopper Shopper card.
